For more than 20 years, my professional staff and I have endeavored to help our clients, their families, senior citizens, retirees, small businesses and public bodies throughout Ocean and Monmouth Counties. We have sought to actively aid and assist worthy community groups and organizations including the Jersey Shore Council Boy Scouts of America, "Learning for Life" Programs, Lakewurst Historical Society, Jackson Memorial High School Alumni Hall of Fame, Dreams for Tommorrow, Inc and the Jackson senior center Legal Forum.
We are proud and feel priviledged to offer our clients and their families a wide variety of prompt, professional, compassionate and courteous legal services, including the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney, Real Estate Purchases and Sales; Business Contracts, Formation and succession Planning; Refinances, Estate Administration and Probate; and Long-Term Care Planning.
